L’Arpeggiata, the ensemble led by lutenist and harpist Christina Pluhar, will perform at Konserthuset Stockholm on January 31, 2027. The group is renowned for its historically informed performances of Baroque and early Classical music, characterized by a vibrant and often improvisatory approach. L’Arpeggiata distinguishes itself through blending rigorous scholarship with a distinctly theatrical and emotionally expressive style, frequently incorporating influences from folk and world music traditions into its interpretations. Their repertoire often centers around vocal works, particularly those of Claudio Monteverdi, but extends to encompass composers like Jean-Baptiste Lully and Alessandro Scarlatti.

Konserthuset Stockholm opened in 1926 and is considered Sweden's national concert hall. Designed by architect Ivar Tengbom, it is celebrated for its exceptional acoustics, achieved through careful design incorporating shoes boxes shape and specific materials. The hall’s primary purpose is to provide a world-class venue for orchestral concerts, chamber music, and choral performances. It is the home of the Royal Stockholm Philharmonic Orchestra and hosts a wide range of national and international artists annually.
