Following periods as a school and then largely abandoned, it underwent extensive restoration completed in 2018. Today, Radiant Bellevue functions as a cultural venue dedicated to contemporary artistic practices including music, visual arts and performance; it is recognised as a ‘Maison des Cultures’ – a cultural hub – by the French Ministry of Culture. It is considered an important landmark of architectural heritage in the region.
