Ezra Collective is a British quintet known for their dynamic blend of jazz, hip-hop, Afrobeat, and electronic music. Formed in 2015, the group—featuring Femi Koleoso on drums, TJ Koleoso on bass, Joe Armon-Jones on keys, James Darbyshire on guitar, and Nubya Garcia on saxophone—has gained international recognition for its energetic live performances and innovative compositions. Their music often incorporates improvisation and reflects a broad range of cultural influences. They released their Mercury Prize-winning debut album, “Where I Breathe,” in 2022.

Le Transbordeur is a well-established concert hall located in Lyon, France. Opened in 1993, it’s situated on the banks of the Rhône river in the Villeurbanne district. The venue is known for hosting a diverse array of musical acts spanning rock, pop, electronic, and world music genres. It has a capacity of approximately 1100 people and features a flexible space adaptable to different performance setups. Throughout its history Le Transbordeur has become a significant fixture in Lyon’s cultural landscape, frequently attracting both established artists and emerging talent.
