Experience Gov't Mule live on September 25th
Gov’t Mule is scheduled to perform at The Orange Peel in Asheville, North Carolina on September 25, 2026. The band is known for its blend of rock, blues, and jam band influences, characterized by extended improvisational sections and Warren Haynes’ distinctive guitar work and vocals. Formed in 1994, Gov't Mule initially began as a side project for Haynes (of The Allman Brothers Band) and Allen Woody, evolving into a full-time touring and recording entity following Woody’s passing in 2000. The current lineup includes Haynes, Matt Abts on drums, Danny Louis on keyboards, and Jorgen Carlsson on bass.
The Orange Peel is a prominent live music venue in downtown Asheville. Opened in 1998, it occupies a renovated brick warehouse dating back to the early 20th century, originally used as a citrus packaging plant – hence the name. The venue has a capacity of approximately 1,000 standing or 650 seated and is recognized for its intimate atmosphere and excellent acoustics.
