Domingo Hindoyan, currently Chief Conductor of the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, is recognised for his dynamic interpretations and a repertoire spanning classical and contemporary works, often noted for their emotional depth and technical precision. The concert on June 24th, 2026 will be held at Liverpool Philharmonic Hall. Opened in 1849 as the Rotunda Concert Hall, it underwent significant reconstruction in 1901 led by architect Walter Thomas Hart, resulting in its current Edwardian Baroque style. The hall is renowned for its excellent acoustics, consistently ranked among the finest in Europe, owing to its fan-shaped auditorium design and careful attention to sound reflection.

Throughout its history, Liverpool Philharmonic Hall has been central to the city’s cultural life, hosting a diverse range of performances including orchestral concerts, chamber music, contemporary music events and popular artists. It serves as the home of the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra, one of the UK’s oldest and most respected orchestras.
