Dave Koz is a contemporary jazz saxophonist known for his smooth jazz sound, incorporating elements of R&B, pop, and Latin music. He has released numerous albums achieving gold and platinum status, and is recognized for his melodic improvisations and accessible compositions. Throughout his career, he has collaborated with a diverse range of artists across genres.

The Palladium at the Center for the Performing Arts in Carmel, Indiana, is a premier performing arts venue. Opened in 2011, it’s the largest of the Center’s three theaters. The building itself is a renovation of the historic Carmel High School building, preserving its original 1909 facade while incorporating modern architectural design internally.

The Palladium features a European-style design inspired by concert halls in Vienna and Budapest, aiming to provide excellent acoustics and sightlines for audiences. It boasts a seating capacity of approximately 1,600 and hosts a variety of performances including concerts (spanning classical to contemporary), Broadway shows, dance performances, and other live events. The venue is designed to accommodate both large-scale productions and more intimate performances due to its adaptable stage and flexible seating arrangements.
