Château de Gisors is a historically significant Norman castle located in the commune of Gisors, in the Eure department of Normandy, France. Originally constructed under the reign of Henry I of England in the 12th century, it served as a strategically important fortress due to its position overlooking the Epte valley. The castle witnessed numerous sieges and changes in ownership throughout its history, including periods under English and French control during conflicts like the Hundred Years' War.

Significant architectural modifications occurred during the 14th and 15th centuries under Charles V, resulting in a more refined residential character alongside its defensive capabilities. Though partially destroyed during the French Revolution, substantial restoration efforts have been undertaken to preserve its remaining structures – notably its keep and curtain walls – making it a prominent example of Norman military architecture and a designated historical monument of France.
