Simon Green, known professionally as Bonobo, is scheduled to perform at the Brooklyn Paramount in New York City on December 5, 2026. Bonobo’s music generally falls within the electronic music genre, frequently described as downtempo or trip-hop. The Brooklyn Paramount, located at 370 Jay Street in the Downtown Brooklyn neighborhood, has a rich history as a performance venue. Originally opened in 1928 as a Loew's movie palace designed by architect Thomas W. Lamb, it quickly became a significant entertainment hub. Throughout its history it hosted a wide variety of performances including concerts by prominent musical artists like Frank Sinatra and Buddy Holly. Following periods of disuse and renovation, the venue reopened in 2020 after extensive modernization while retaining many of its original Art Deco features. It now operates primarily as a concert and event space with a capacity of approximately 2,800 people.
