Apollo5 will perform at The Tung Auditorium in Liverpool on December 6th, 2026. The ensemble is a British vocal group known for its dynamic and innovative approach to a cappella performance. Their repertoire spans a wide range of genres, including classical, jazz, pop, and contemporary arrangements, often featuring intricate vocal harmonies and beatboxing elements. They frequently commission new works and are recognised for their engaging stage presence and accessible concert programming.

The Tung Auditorium is a relatively new concert venue located within the Liverpool Philharmonic Hall complex. Officially opened in November 2023 following a major refurbishment project funded by the Tung family, it provides a dedicated space for chamber music, recitals, and smaller-scale orchestral performances. The auditorium’s design prioritises acoustics and audience intimacy; it features adjustable acoustic banners and flexible seating configurations allowing for varying performance setups. Previously known as the Recital Room, the renovation transformed the space into a modern, purpose-built chamber hall with enhanced sound quality and improved accessibility. It aims to broaden the range of musical experiences offered by the Liverpool Philharmonic.
