Frederick P. Rose Hall is the home of Jazz at Lincoln Center, a globally renowned organization dedicated to the preservation and promotion of jazz. Opened in 2004 as part of the Time Warner Center (now Columbus Circle), the hall features multiple performance spaces including the Rose Theater – a 1,100-seat concert hall designed with acoustic excellence in mind – as well as smaller venues for more intimate performances and educational programs. The complex was designed by architects Skidmore, Owings & Merrill and aims to provide a permanent home for jazz in New York City, fostering both performance and education initiatives.
