WINEHOUSE performs live on August 21, 2026, at the Spanish Ballroom At Elks Temple in Tacoma, Washington. WINEHOUSE is a musical project dedicated to celebrating the artistry of Amy Winehouse. The ensemble focuses on faithfully recreating the sound and energy of her original recordings, encompassing elements of soul, jazz, R&B, and ska – a style often categorized as neo-soul. Their performances aim to honor Winehouse’s distinctive vocal delivery and songwriting.

The Spanish Ballroom At Elks Temple holds a significant place in Tacoma’s history. Originally constructed in 1916 as a social and fraternal organization hall for the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks, the building quickly became a central hub for community events. The Spanish Ballroom itself, known for its ornate detailing and sprung dance floor, hosted numerous dances, concerts, and social gatherings throughout the 20th century. It experienced periods of decline but underwent extensive restoration efforts beginning in 2018 to revive its historical character as a performance venue. Today it continues to host a variety of musical acts and events while preserving its architectural heritage.
