Trilogy is a British jazz trio formed in 1974, renowned for its improvisational and highly interactive performances. Their music blends elements of free jazz, avant-garde, and traditional jazz forms, characterized by extended instrumental interplay between drummer Tony Coe, bassist Harry Miller, and pianist John Taylor (until his passing in 2015; the group continues with varying personnel). They are considered significant figures in European free improvisation and have released numerous albums throughout their career, maintaining a dedicated following within the jazz community.

Jamboree is a historic jazz club located in the Plaça Reial in Barcelona, Spain. Established in 1961, it has become a cornerstone of the city’s jazz scene and one of the oldest jazz clubs in Europe still operating continuously. Throughout its history, Jamboree has hosted internationally acclaimed jazz musicians alongside emerging Spanish talent. The venue itself is known for its intimate atmosphere and traditional club setting. It originally began as a flamenco venue before transitioning to focus on jazz. The club features two distinct spaces: Jamboree Jazz Club and Jamboree Dance Hall which caters to different musical styles including soul and funk. The space regularly hosts live music seven nights a week.
