Td Pavilion At Highmark Mann, located on Penn’s Landing in Philadelphia, is an outdoor concert venue with a capacity of approximately 2500. Originally built in 1995 as Blockbuster Pavilion, it underwent several name changes reflecting its corporate sponsors – including Tweeter Center and Susquehanna Bank Center – before becoming TD Pavilion in 2014 and subsequently TD Pavilion at Highmark Mann in 2024. The venue is known for its waterfront location along the Delaware River and hosts a variety of musical acts throughout the summer months. Its design features a covered stage area and both reserved seating and lawn access for attendees.
