The Blasting Company will be performing at the Gothic Theatre in Englewood, Colorado on October 25, 2026. The Blasting Company is a Colorado-based band known for their energetic and technically proficient blend of hardcore punk, ska, and reggae influences. Formed in the early 1990s, they gained prominence through extensive touring and a DIY ethic, often incorporating brass instruments into their sound. They are also recognized for their work as producers for numerous other punk and hardcore bands.

The Gothic Theatre itself opened in 1926 as a single-screen movie house. Throughout its history, it operated primarily as a cinema, experiencing periods of decline and eventual closure before being renovated and reopened as a live music venue in the late 1990s. The venue is characterized by its intimate setting and art deco architectural details, retaining much of its original aesthetic charm. It has become a significant location for both established and emerging artists across various genres, particularly rock, indie, and electronic music. The theatre’s capacity is approximately 1,400 standing or 800 seated. It continues to operate as a multi-purpose entertainment space hosting concerts, film screenings and other events.
