Terrenoire will perform at the Philharmonie de Paris on October 17, 2026. The band is known for a unique musical style often described as “black metal chanson,” blending elements of French *chanson* and cabaret with black metal aesthetics and instrumentation. Their work frequently incorporates accordion, theatrical vocals, and lyrical themes exploring French history, folklore, and societal critique. Formed in 2005, Terrenoire distinguishes itself through its unconventional approach within the extreme metal genre.

The Philharmonie de Paris is a major concert venue located in the 19th arrondissement of Paris, inaugurated in January 2015. It is part of a larger cultural complex known as La Villette. The venue boasts several performance spaces, most notably the Grande Salle Pierre Boulez, renowned for its exceptional acoustics and adjustable configurations—capable of accommodating orchestras of varying sizes as well as amplified performances.

Designed by architect Jean Nouvel, the Philharmonie de Paris aims to be a landmark institution dedicated to all musical genres. It hosts a diverse program including classical music, contemporary music, jazz, and popular music performances alongside educational initiatives and exhibitions.
