Teddy Abrams will appear in concert at Walt Disney Concert Hall in Los Angeles on October 29, 2026. He currently serves as Music Director of the Louisville Orchestra, a position he assumed in 2017, and has been recognized for innovative programming and community engagement.

Walt Disney Concert Hall, designed by Frank Gehry, opened in October 2003 and is the home of the Los Angeles Philharmonic. The hall is renowned for its acoustics, achieved through the work of acoustician Yasuhisa Toyota, and its striking stainless steel exterior. It was built to replace the Philharmonic’s previous venue, the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion, which was considered inadequate for orchestral performance. The hall’s interior features a vineyard-style seating arrangement which brings audience members closer to the performers. Construction was partially funded by a significant donation from Lillian Disney, Walt Disney’s widow, inspiring the hall’s name.
