Tcha Limberger is a Belgian-Roma jazz violinist and vocalist known for blending traditional Roma musical heritage with influences from jazz manouche, swing, and classical music. His performances often feature virtuosic violin playing, improvisational elements, and vocals in Roma languages alongside other languages he’s encountered through his travels. He frequently collaborates with musicians from diverse backgrounds, resulting in a dynamic and cross-cultural sound.

The concert is scheduled to take place at the Monastery of Santes Creus, located in the municipality of Vallbona de les Monges, Tarragona, Spain. Founded in 1153 by the Order of Cistercians, Santes Creus represents a significant example of Catalan Gothic architecture. It’s considered one of the most important Cistercian monasteries in Catalonia, historically holding considerable political and cultural influence within the region.

The monastery complex includes a church, cloister, refectory, and royal pantheon – the latter being the burial site of several Catalan monarchs including Peter I “the Ceremonious” and his wife Eleanor of Castile.
