Gordon Matthew Thomas Sumner, known professionally as Sting, is scheduled to perform at Citizens Live At The Wylie in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on November 7, 2026. Sting’s musical style broadly encompasses soft rock, jazz, and reggae-infused pop. He first gained prominence as the principal songwriter, vocalist and bassist for the rock band The Police, known for hits like “Roxanne” and “Every Breath You Take.” His solo career, launched in 1985, has explored diverse themes and musical arrangements, resulting in albums such as *The Dream of the Blue Turtles* and *Ten Summoner’s Tales*. Citizens Live At The Wylie is a relatively new outdoor concert venue situated on the North Shore of Pittsburgh. It officially opened in June 2024 following extensive renovations to the former Stage AE site. The venue boasts a capacity of approximately 6,500 attendees and is designed to host a range of musical performances. Its location provides views of both the city skyline and Heinz Field.
