Gordon Matthew Thomas Sumner, known professionally as Sting, will be performing at Citizens Live At The Wylie in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on November 6, 2026. Sting’s musical style is broadly categorized as soft rock and pop, evolving from his foundation in new wave music as the frontman and principal songwriter for The Police in the late 1970s and early 1980s. His solo work incorporates influences from jazz, reggae, classical music, and world music, often featuring sophisticated arrangements and lyrical themes exploring personal and global issues.

Citizens Live At The Wylie is an outdoor amphitheater located on the North Shore of Pittsburgh, situated near Heinz Field and PNC Park. Formerly known as Stage AE Outdoors, it underwent a rebranding to Citizens Live At The Wylie in 2024 following a naming rights agreement with Citizens Bank. The venue is part of a larger entertainment complex that includes an indoor concert hall. It’s designed to accommodate approximately 5,500 attendees for concerts and events, offering both lawn and seated options. The location has hosted numerous national touring acts across various genres since its opening in 2010. It is operated by Live Nation Entertainment.
