Volkshaus Basel is a multi-purpose venue located in Kleinbasel, a district of Basel, Switzerland. Originally built in 1928 as a bathhouse (“Volksbad”) with swimming pools and showers, it underwent extensive renovation between 2016-2019. While retaining its original architectural features including tiled walls and industrial aesthetics, the space was reconfigured to include concert halls, bars, restaurants and co-working spaces. It now functions as a significant cultural hub hosting a diverse range of events including concerts, club nights, exhibitions and conferences.
