Parkteatret Scene is a historic venue located in the Sofienberg neighborhood of Oslo. Originally built as a cinema in 1905 – hence “Parkteatret” meaning “Park Cinema” – it operated as such for nearly a century, showcasing films until its closure in 2008. Following extensive renovations, it reopened in 2013 as a multi-purpose cultural space hosting concerts, club nights, film screenings and other events. The venue retains much of its original Art Nouveau architectural detailing and offers a relatively intimate setting with a capacity of approximately 450 people.
