Sondre Lerche is a Norwegian singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and film composer whose career began remarkably early. Discovered at age 17, he released his debut album *Two Ways to Live* in 2002 to critical acclaim in his native Norway, quickly gaining international attention. Lerche’s sound is characterized by sophisticated pop arrangements, often incorporating elements of baroque pop, chamber pop, and jazz. He’s known for lush instrumentation – strings, horns, piano – and emotionally resonant vocals.

Throughout his discography (including albums like *Phantom Power*, *Heartbeat Radio*, and *Please*), Lerche consistently demonstrates lyrical depth and melodic inventiveness.
