The park originally featured amenities like a bathhouse, wading pool, and picnic areas intended to provide recreational opportunities for residents. While the bathhouse is no longer operational, Saltonstall Park continues to serve as a community gathering space with walking paths, playgrounds, and open green areas frequently used for local events and passive recreation.
