The Jam House, located in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter, is a long-established live music venue with a significant history within the city’s cultural landscape. Originally founded in 1993 by Trevor Burton, a founding member of The Move and Electric Light Orchestra, it quickly became renowned for its dedication to showcasing blues, soul, jazz and rock music. The venue's interior reflects its musical heritage, designed to evoke the atmosphere of a classic American juke joint. It has hosted numerous nationally and internationally recognised musicians over the years and continues to operate as an independent venue committed to live performance. The building itself is a Victorian industrial space that has been adapted for use as a performance area and bar. Shez Raja is scheduled to perform at this location on July 22nd, 2026.
