Scott Bradlee’s Postmodern Jukebox will perform at The Uptown Theatre Napa on December 1st, 2026. The ensemble is known for reimagining popular modern songs in vintage styles, primarily those prevalent from the 1920s through the 1950s. This includes genres like jazz, blues, ragtime, and swing, offering a unique sonic perspective on contemporary hits. Bradlee, a pianist and arranger, founded the project in 2009, initially as a YouTube project before expanding into a full touring act.

The Uptown Theatre Napa originally opened in 1931 as a movie palace and vaudeville house. It served as a central entertainment venue for Napa Valley residents for decades, hosting film screenings and live performances. Following a period of decline and closure in the late 20th century, the theatre underwent extensive restoration completed in 2018. The renovation aimed to restore many of its original Art Deco features while updating it with modern amenities. Today, The Uptown Theatre Napa functions as a multi-purpose venue hosting concerts, comedy shows, films and other events; it has a capacity of approximately 800 people.
