Sababa 5 is an Israeli band performing a unique blend of Middle Eastern funk, psychedelic rock, and traditional Yemenite music. Their sound incorporates elements of jazz improvisation and often features complex rhythmic structures alongside soulful vocals, typically sung in Hebrew. Formed in the early 2010s, the group has gained international recognition for its energetic live performances and distinctive musical fusion.

The Jüdisches Museum Frankfurt serves as a significant cultural institution dedicated to the history and culture of Jews in Frankfurt and the surrounding region. Established in 1988, the museum’s architecture, designed by Daniel Libeskind, is itself a notable feature – a deconstructed Star of David intended to symbolize the destruction of Jewish life in Frankfurt during the Holocaust while also representing hope for the future.

The museum’s permanent collection traces Jewish history from medieval times to the present day, focusing particularly on Frankfurt’s Jewish community. It houses artifacts, documents, and artworks that illustrate religious practices, social life, and cultural contributions. The museum also hosts temporary exhibitions exploring diverse aspects of Jewish identity and experience. The concert by Sababa 5 will take place within the museum grounds on July 30th, 2026.
