The Shalin Liu Performance Center opened in 2009 and is located on Bearskin Neck in Rockport, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. It’s designed to provide an intimate concert experience with excellent acoustics. The center was named in honor of Shalin Liu, a local philanthropist who contributed significantly to its construction. The venue hosts a diverse range of performances including classical music, jazz, folk, and world music; prioritizing artists known for quality and artistry. Its architectural design incorporates natural light and views of the ocean to enhance the audience experience. The hall seats approximately 330 people.
