Pete Wareham is a British saxophonist and composer known for his work spanning jazz, improvisation, and electronic music. His musical output frequently incorporates elements of post-punk, noise, and free improvisation, often characterized by energetic performances and complex arrangements. He’s a founding member of the highly regarded acoustic/electronic quartet, The Breathing Rainbow, and has collaborated with numerous artists across diverse musical fields. Wareham also leads his own projects exploring extended techniques and sonic textures.

MOTH Club is a venue located in Hackney, London. Originally established in 1967 as a social club for the Transport and General Workers' Union, it served as a popular spot for local working-class communities. Throughout the 1970s and 80s it became known for hosting live music – particularly soul, reggae and funk nights – attracting significant crowds. The venue underwent periods of decline before being revitalized in recent years as an independent music space.

It retains much of its original 1960s interior design including distinctive patterned carpeting and ornate décor contributing to its unique atmosphere.
