Perpetual Motion is scheduled to perform at the Aspen Park Community Center on July 25, 2026. The band is recognized for a dynamic blend of progressive rock and jazz fusion, incorporating complex instrumental arrangements and improvisation. Their sound frequently features extended compositions with shifting time signatures and melodic influences drawn from both contemporary and classic jazz traditions. They have been actively performing regionally since 2018, releasing two independently produced albums to date.

The Aspen Park Community Center serves as a central hub for local activities within the Aspen Park township. Originally constructed in 1978, it underwent a significant renovation completed in 2015, expanding its capacity and updating its facilities. The center hosts a diverse range of programs including fitness classes, senior services, youth activities, and community events. Its main hall, where Perpetual Motion will be performing, is a multi-purpose space often utilized for concerts, theatrical productions, and larger gatherings. The building is owned and operated by the Aspen Park Parks and Recreation Department. It is designed to be fully accessible to individuals with disabilities.
