New Cool Collective is a Dutch ensemble known for its distinctive blend of jazz, funk, soul, and hip-hop influences. Formed in 1995, the group consistently delivers energetic performances characterized by tight grooves, improvisational skill, and a sophisticated sound often described as ‘nu-jazz’. They have released numerous albums and toured internationally, gaining recognition for their ability to bridge genres and appeal to a broad audience.

FLUOR is a prominent music venue located in Amersfoort, Netherlands. Originally established in 1998 as a squat and alternative cultural center, FLUOR evolved into a professionally managed venue while retaining its focus on supporting independent and innovative artists. The building itself is historically significant, having served various purposes including a power station (hence the name “FLUOR”).

FLUOR features two primary spaces: a larger hall capable of hosting national and international acts, and a smaller club space geared towards more intimate performances and emerging talent. It regularly hosts diverse programming encompassing rock, pop, jazz, electronic music and related art forms.
