Münchner Kammerorchester, established in 1951, is renowned for its interpretations of chamber orchestral works spanning the Baroque to contemporary periods. The ensemble particularly emphasizes historically informed performance practice while maintaining a vibrant and flexible sound. They are known for a repertoire that frequently includes works by composers such as Bach, Mozart, and Haydn, alongside commissions from modern composers. The concert will take place at KuKo Kultur- und Kongresszentrum Weingarten, a multifaceted venue opened in 2004. Designed by architects Auer Weber, KuKo serves as a regional center for cultural events and conventions in the Lake Constance area. Its architectural design incorporates elements reflecting the region’s Benedictine monastery tradition, notably through its use of cloisters and natural light.

KuKo features a large hall with a capacity of approximately 1,300 seats and is equipped with advanced acoustic technology. Beyond musical performances, the center hosts conferences, exhibitions, and theatrical productions.
