Live Garage Adm is a small-capacity live house situated within the Toshima City Tokiwaso Manga Museum in Tokyo. Originally established in 2016, it was created as a space to nurture emerging artists and provide a platform for diverse musical expression. The venue intentionally maintains a raw, intimate atmosphere, aiming to recreate the feel of underground music scenes from past decades. It’s specifically designed to echo the spirit of creativity that permeated Tokiwaso itself – a historically significant apartment complex where numerous influential manga artists resided during the post-war period and the subsequent economic boom.

The museum actively utilizes Live Garage Adm to connect contemporary creative endeavors with Tokiwaso’s legacy as a hub for artistic innovation.
