Kodaline, the Irish rock band formed in Dublin in 2006, will be performing at Muffathalle in Munich, Germany on December 8th, 2026. The band is known for its emotive and atmospheric sound, often categorized as indie folk-rock or alternative rock. Their music frequently features soaring vocals, piano-driven melodies, and lyrical themes centered around love, loss, and relationships. Kodaline gained prominence with the release of their debut single "All I Want" in 2013 and have since released multiple successful albums and toured internationally.

Muffathalle is a historically significant venue located in Munich’s Schwabing district. Originally constructed in 1901 as a market hall (“Muffe” being Bavarian dialect for “market”), it underwent several transformations before becoming a prominent concert and event location. During the Nazi era, it was used for propaganda purposes. Post-World War II, it served various functions including a sports hall before being renovated in the 1970s specifically for musical performances and events. It has hosted numerous internationally renowned artists across diverse genres throughout its history.
