Drug Church will perform at STROM in Munich, Germany on September 18, 2026. Drug Church is an American post-hardcore band originating from Albany, New York, formed in 2011. Their music blends elements of 90s emo, hardcore punk, and alternative rock, often characterized by melodic vocals juxtaposed with aggressive instrumentation and introspective lyrical themes. They are currently signed to Run For Cover Records.

STROM is a concert venue and cultural center located in the Schlachthofviertel district of Munich. Originally constructed as part of the city’s former municipal slaughterhouse complex – hence “Schlachthof” meaning slaughterhouse – it underwent extensive renovation and repurposing beginning in the late 1990s. It officially opened as a cultural space in 2001.

The venue features multiple spaces hosting a diverse range of events including concerts (spanning genres like rock, metal, electronic and experimental music), club nights, theatre performances and art exhibitions. STROM is known for its industrial aesthetic retaining many original architectural features of the former slaughterhouse while incorporating modern sound and lighting technology.
