Stadttheater Landsberg am Lech is a historically significant venue located in the Bavarian town of Landsberg am Lech. Originally constructed in 1873-1874 based on designs by architect Friedrich von Gärtner – also responsible for the Bavarian State Opera in Munich – it initially served as a municipal theatre offering plays, operas and concerts. The building underwent extensive renovations between 2018-2020 to modernize facilities while preserving its neo-classical architectural features. Today it functions as a multi-purpose cultural centre hosting a diverse programme including theatre performances, concerts spanning various genres, and community events.
