Katatropic, a musical project originating from Linz, Austria, will be performing at Reindorfgasse Kreativszene in Vienna on July 3rd, 2026. The group’s sound is generally categorized as dark electronic body music (EBM) with influences from industrial and techno, often incorporating distorted vocals and atmospheric soundscapes. They have released music through labels such as aufnahme + wiedergabe and have toured internationally within the European underground electronic music scene since their formation in 2015.

Reindorfgasse Kreativszene is a self-managed cultural center located in Vienna's 15th district. Established in the early 1990s, it functions as a space for independent artists and collectives, focusing on experimental music, performance art, and visual arts. The venue is known for its intimate setting and support of subcultural movements, particularly those within the alternative and DIY scenes. It operates largely outside of mainstream commercial structures, relying on volunteer work and community funding to maintain its activities. The building itself has a history as a former industrial site repurposed for artistic endeavors. It regularly hosts concerts, exhibitions and workshops.
