Kasbo, the stage name of Swedish musician Filip Ellsberg, will be performing at Sky in Salt Lake City on August 21, 2026. His music generally falls within the future bass genre, often incorporating elements of melodic dubstep, electronica, and ambient soundscapes. Characterized by emotive melodies, atmospheric textures, and intricate sound design, Kasbo’s productions frequently feature vocal chops and a focus on creating immersive sonic experiences. He gained prominence with tracks like “Turning Point” and has released albums including *Places We Don't Know* and *The Making*.

Sky is a concert venue located at 1492 S State St, Salt Lake City, UT 84115. Originally constructed in 1935 as the historic Fairmont Ward Chapel of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, the building underwent extensive renovations to transform it into a dedicated live music space. These renovations maintained many of the original architectural features including stained glass windows and high vaulted ceilings while adding modern sound and lighting systems. The venue officially opened as Sky in 2023 and has since become known for its intimate atmosphere and quality acoustics catering to a variety of musical acts.
