LSO St Luke’s is a Grade I listed Hawksmoor church transformed into a concert hall. Originally built between 1728 and 1733, it served as a parish church until 1995. The London Symphony Orchestra purchased the building in 2003 following a period of disuse and extensive restoration work undertaken by the Corporation of London. The hall's acoustics are highly regarded, particularly suited to chamber music, choral works, and intimate orchestral performances due to its relatively dry acoustic compared to larger concert halls. It is known for its flexible seating arrangements allowing for varied stage configurations and audience proximities.
