Experience Jumpin' Jacks live on August 8th
Jumpin' Jacks is a Danish rockabilly and neo-rock 'n' roll band, known for their energetic performances and a sound heavily influenced by 1950s American rock and roll, incorporating elements of blues and country. The band features a classic lineup of guitar, upright bass, drums, and vocals, often delivering both original compositions and covers within the genre. They have been performing since the early 2000s, building a following throughout Denmark and at international rockabilly festivals.
Tunø Havn (Tunø Harbour) is the only harbour on the small Danish island of Tunø, located in Hjarbæk Fjord in Jutland. Historically a vital connection point for the island’s fishing community and local agriculture, it now primarily serves leisure boats and ferry traffic connecting Tunø to mainland Denmark. The harbour area itself is relatively small and characterized by its picturesque setting alongside traditional Danish buildings. It frequently hosts smaller cultural events during the summer months due to its central location on the island and accessible waterfront space. The harbour’s infrastructure has been updated over time to accommodate increased recreational boating while maintaining its character as a working port.
