It serves as a professional receiving house – presenting touring productions – and also develops its own work. The Courtyard operates as a registered charity committed to providing access to the arts for diverse audiences within the region and beyond. The venue has a main auditorium seating approximately 263 people alongside a studio space offering more intimate performances.
