Joe Hisaishi, born Mamoru Fujisawa, is a prominent Japanese composer, arranger and conductor best known for his long-standing collaborative work with Studio Ghibli animation director Hayao Miyazaki. The Symphony Hall in Osaka is recognized as one of Japan’s premier concert venues, celebrated for its exceptional acoustics.
