Originally constructed as a Morton Salt storage facility in the 1920s, the building underwent extensive renovations to transform it into a dedicated concert space. It officially opened in February 2024 and has quickly become known for its focus on providing high-quality audio experiences within an industrial-chic aesthetic. The venue boasts a capacity of approximately 1,600 people and aims to host a diverse range of musical acts. Its design incorporates elements preserving the building's original architectural features while accommodating modern concert production requirements.
