Hertz Arena, originally known as Germain Arena, is a multi-purpose arena located in Estero, Florida. Opened in 2008, it primarily serves as the home venue for the Florida Everblades ice hockey team of the ECHL. The arena has a seating capacity of approximately 8,365 for hockey games and up to 9,500 for concerts and other events utilizing its center-stage configuration. Throughout its history, Hertz Arena has hosted a variety of events including concerts by prominent musical artists, sporting competitions beyond hockey—such as basketball and wrestling—and family shows.
