Herb Alpert is scheduled to perform at Clowes Memorial Hall in Indianapolis on September 16, 2026. Alpert is widely recognized as a trumpeter, vocalist, and composer, best known for leading the instrumental and vocal group Herb Alpert & the Tijuana Brass in the 1960s and 70s. His musical style blends easy listening, jazz, and Latin influences, characterized by bright trumpet melodies and upbeat arrangements. Throughout his career, Alpert has achieved numerous accolades including nine Grammy Awards and fifteen Gold & Platinum records. He continues to record and tour actively.

Clowes Memorial Hall opened in 1963 on the campus of Butler University. Designed by architect John M. Johansen, it is a prominent example of mid-century modern architecture.
