The Echo Lounge & Music Hall is a well-established independent venue located in the Deep Ellum district of Dallas. Originally opening in 1998 as The Echo, it has become known for hosting a diverse range of musical acts, particularly those within the indie rock, alternative, and experimental music scenes. Over its history, The Echo has consistently provided a platform for both emerging artists and established touring bands. It's recognized for its intimate setting and quality sound system, fostering a close connection between performers and audiences. The venue underwent renovations in 2015 which included updated sound and lighting systems while retaining its original character. It currently operates as a standing-room only space with a capacity around 350 people.
