Gov’t Mule is scheduled to perform at the IMAX Theatre at Tropicana in Atlantic City, New Jersey on August 7, 2026. The band is known for its blend of rock, blues, and Southern rock influences, often characterized by extended improvisational jams and Warren Haynes’ distinctive guitar work and vocals. Formed in 1994, Gov't Mule initially began as a side project for Haynes (of The Allman Brothers Band) and Allen Woody, evolving into a full-time touring and recording act following Woody’s passing in 2000.

The IMAX Theatre at Tropicana is a performance venue located within the Tropicana Atlantic City hotel and casino complex. Originally opening in 1981 as the Tropicana Casino and Resort, the property has undergone several renovations and changes in ownership throughout its history. The theatre itself was updated to include IMAX technology in the early 2000s but also regularly hosts live musical performances and other entertainment events, diversifying beyond its initial cinematic function. Its capacity for concerts is approximately 2,800 attendees making it a mid-sized venue within the Atlantic City entertainment landscape.
