Nikki Lopez is a performance venue located in South Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Originally constructed in 1927 as a movie palace named the Nixon Grand Opera House, it underwent several name changes and functions over the decades. It operated as a single-screen cinema for much of its history, later becoming a Spanish-language movie theater known as the Lopez Theater.

In 2018, it was renovated and reopened as Nikki Lopez, transitioning into a multi-purpose event space hosting concerts, comedy shows, and private events. The venue retains much of its original architectural detailing including ornate plasterwork and a proscenium arch. It has a capacity of approximately 750 standing or 450 seated attendees and is recognized for its intimate atmosphere within a historic building. The venue is owned by RMS Theaters.
