The Bachhaus Eisenach is a museum dedicated to the life and work of Johann Sebastian Bach, located in the house where he was born in Eisenach, Germany, in 1685. Originally constructed in the late 15th century, the building has undergone several renovations over the centuries. It served as a merchant’s house before becoming associated with the Bach family; Johann Sebastian lived there for 17 years.

Established as a memorial in 1953, the Bachhaus Eisenach now houses a comprehensive collection of original instruments, manuscripts, portraits, and documents relating to Bach and his family. The building itself is historically significant as an example of Thuringian half-timbered architecture.
