Fjarill, a musical project spearheaded by Swedish composer and multi-instrumentalist Daniel Fransson, will perform at Kulturhaus Alter Schützenhof in Achim, Germany on November 20, 2026. Fjarill’s music is generally categorized as atmospheric black metal, often incorporating elements of post-rock, ambient music, and neoclassical influences. The compositions are largely instrumental, focusing on evocative melodies and dynamic shifts in texture rather than traditional vocal arrangements. Recurring themes within the music explore nature, melancholy, and introspection.

Kulturhaus Alter Schützenhof is a cultural center located in Achim, Lower Saxony. The building itself has historical roots as a former shooting range (“Schützenhof”), dating back to 1897. It underwent extensive renovation and conversion into a community and cultural venue in the 1990s. Today it hosts a diverse program of events including concerts, theatre performances, exhibitions, workshops and serves as a space for local clubs and associations. The venue is known for its intimate atmosphere and commitment to supporting both regional artists and acts from further afield. It features a main hall capable of accommodating approximately 200 guests alongside smaller rooms suitable for more focused events.
