Fjarill, a musical project spearheaded by Swedish composer and multi-instrumentalist Caroline “Caro” Nilson, will be performing at Kulturhaus Alter Schützenhof in Achim, Germany on November 19, 2026. Fjarill’s music is generally described as atmospheric black metal, often incorporating elements of post-rock and ambient soundscapes. Recurring themes within their work explore nature, folklore, and melancholic introspection. The project has released several full-length albums and EPs to critical acclaim within the genre.

Kulturhaus Alter Schützenhof is a cultural center located in Achim, Lower Saxony, Germany. Originally constructed as a *Schützenhof* – a traditional hall used by local shooting clubs – it underwent renovation in the 1990s to transform it into a venue for diverse cultural events. The building retains architectural features reflective of its original purpose while functioning as a space for concerts, exhibitions, theatre performances and community gatherings. It is known for hosting both regional and internationally touring artists across various genres, with a particular focus on supporting independent music scenes. The venue’s capacity is approximately 300 people and it maintains a reputation for intimate concert experiences.
